JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project monitoring including coordination at project site engineers.
- File engineering documents per project for safekeeping.
- Daily checking of prospective clients advertisements for target bid proposal.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project accomplishments.
- Check materials usage intended for project, including delivery and consumption.
- Monitor daily equipment and manpower utilization/deployment for on-going projects.
- Assist in bidding preparation.
- Assist in as-stake and as-built drawings.
- Other tasks may be assigned involving the engineering department.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- With strong communication skills
- Has the ability to perform detailed work accurately
- Must be organized in maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with the possible clients
- Has the ability to communicate progress to both technical- and management-level personnel
- Has the ability to make presentations and effectively lead consensus building efforts
- Must demonstrates the ability to deliver product
- ts with extremely tight business deadlines
- Must be knowledgeable in ASTM standards
- Willing to work in Quezon City
