JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in end-to-end Recruitment process
- Sources prospected candidates to store-based positions
- Maintains 201 files of the employees
- Prepares contracts, certificate of employements and ID's
- Performs other task assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must be a Bachelors Degree graduate in Psychology or any related course
- At least 1-2 years working experience in HR
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to deliver quality work while adhering to strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Candidate must be amenable to work in Mandaluyong City

Goto ni Juan Kainan was established in 2002 with its first store opening in the basement of SM Manila inside the SM Supermarket. We serve quality native specialties (Pinoy Meriendas) such as Goto, Arrozcaldo, Palabok at very affordable prices.
Over the years, we have grown to 50 stores and plan to expand more in the future. Our stores found as far as Quezon Province all the way up to Puregold Laoag, Ilocos Norte with different store branches all over Metro Manila.
