JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:

As a Graphic Designer - Proposal Production Analyst, your primary role is to provide creative and information design services in the development of proposals and other sales collaterals in support to any business-approved opportunities for our Human Capital and Benefits (HCB) segment which includes but is not limited to our Retirement, Health and Benefits, and Global Services and Solutions businesses. Your role requires the ability to interpret and conceptualize internal/external clients’ objectives for the deliverable ? includes creative design, layout, illustration, and visual impact. You will develop and coordinate multimedia packages (e.g., microsites, brochures, videos, interactive proposals, presentations, white papers, case studies).

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent

• At least a year of experience in bid support, primarily in a role of providing graphic design and proposal production both via InDesign and MS Word OR at least 3 years of working experience in graphic design and document production

• Must have a portfolio of previous or existing work related to the field

• Highly proficient in the current design practices and mediums

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Spark) and MS PowerPoint and MS Word

•Microsite Development (desired) - experience modifying and creating HTML/CSS themes and plugins

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, multiple competing demands, ambiguity, and frequent change

• Ability to collaborate and work across all levels of the organization, work in teams, leverage the resources of other related groups to accomplish common objectives, and work on virtual teams across all geographies

• Excellent organizational skills necessary for large projects

• Continuous improvement mindset – increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each product delivery

• Must be flexible on working hours to attend meetings based on demands of the bid

Nice to have

• Experience of working in a professional services organization

• Information design experience
