JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must be proficient in Japanese and English, both verbal and written
- More than 1 year of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources or equivalent experience.
- Basic Leave of Absence and Accommodations knowledge.
- Previous HR experience
- 55 years old below
- Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree a plus
- Willing to work inShifting Schedule
- Native or Non Native
- N3 to N1 Level
