Position Title: Visual Development Artist ?

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and propose concepts, illustrations, and assets that will be used for production, including character design;

• Produce assets for animated videos, from corporate communications, explainers, loops, and marketing collaterals;

• Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders to understand different brands and create content across other platforms;

• Schedule calls with stakeholders, update them with project status, meet with voice actors online, and research stock footage/music;

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course related to creative design, multimedia arts, motion graphics, and animation;

• At least 4 years of visual development experience in 2D and 3D, explainer videos, concept art, storyboarding, and design storytelling;

• Owns an extensive visual design portfolio (better if storyboards, art design, scripts, and wireframes are included);

• Conceptualization: Line and key frame sketch and illustration, character development, and stylization;

• Your designs, concepts, and videos must be influenced or made for the Western market

• Comfortable working with both Mac and PC;

• Technically profound and used to working with Adobe products and Microsoft Office Tools;

• Extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, able to shift focus on different projects, flexible to work in a graveyard shift (9PM-6AM), and thrive in a deadline-driven environment;

• Pro-active, independent, enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, empathic, and highly collaborative
• Knowledge in project management, Agile, or Kanban is a plus point, but is not required.
