JOB DESCRIPTION

Find answers to the questions and solve their complex HR problems and  provides HR assistance 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must be proficient in Japanese and English, both verbal and written
  • More than 1  year of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Leave of Absence and Accommodations knowledge.
  • Previous HR experience 
  • 55 years old below
  • Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree a plus
  • Willing to work inShifting Schedule
  • Native or Non Native
  • N3 to N1 Level
