BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for supervising, coaching, and monitoring team members will ensure team members' target that is in line with the clients' required target will be achieved.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares reports and maintains records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinates the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to Senior Team Leader.
Reports to the Senior Team Leader periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes
Ensure team will achieve agreed Service Level, target average call handling time, target calls, transactions, Call Quality Score.
Coach, facilitates, solve work problems, and participate in the work of the team
Motivates direct reports
Makes sure direct reports meet the set targets for the program
Handles first level escalations, staffing, and performance management
Ensures transaction monitoring and KRA’s of the workgroup are met
Ensure that team are highly motivated towards work always
Performs other functions related, analogous, and pertinent to the preceding enumeration as may be assigned by superiors from time to time
