JOB DESCRIPTION
- rsponsible in researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs
- deploys software tools, processes, and metrics.
- develops techinical documentation to guide future software development projects.
- observers user's feedack to recommend improvements to existing software products.
- collaborates with management, departments, and costumers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- must be a graduate of BS degree in computer science, computer engineering and/or equivalent
- IT manegerial experience of at least 3 years
- previously led multiple simultaneous software development projects
- experienced in account management and/or integretion, senior support and/or sales engineering position. BPO experience is a plus.
- proficient at planning, tracking and implementing enterprises software and ensuring top quality execution
