JOB DESCRIPTION
Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs. Delivers appropriate personnel actions and educational and training programs to ensure high quality professional staff performance in the area(s) of oversight.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Relevant knowledge and experience in systems support, development and implementation preferably MMS and WMS systems.
- Experience in ERP, retail, and planning.
- Knowledge on business process and supply chain systems preferably JDA and infor.
- Must be able to demonstrate commitment to customer facing service.
- Confident in his/her abilities, can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent business, interpersonal and intellectual skills.
- Results and quality-oriented.
- Good team player attitude and service oriented.
- Able to work on own initiative and be a self-starter, prioritizing work with minimum supervision.
- Must be committed to self-development and be enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and embracing new technologies.
- Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing ICT environment.
