?Ensures timely processing and submission of accurate timekeeping
? Ensure accurate processing and monitoring of SIL, SL, VL
?Monitors changes on work schedules of employees.
?Attends to employees concerns
?Ensures that all documents are properly filed and maintained accordingly.
?Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
?Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
?Update HR database (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and Sick leaves)
?Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like Absences, bonus and leaves.
?Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
?Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding
Package and explaining company policies.
