Visual Development Artist

• Create and propose concepts, illustrations, and assets that will be used for production, including character design

• Produce assets for animated videos, from corporate communications, explainers, loops, and marketing collaterals.

• You are highly collaborative and can partner with key stakeholders to understand different brands and create content across other platforms. You can bring out the best ideas in a conversation.

• You are proactive and independent. You can schedule calls with stakeholders, update them with project status, meet with voice actors online, and research stock footage/music.

• Your mindset is set as if this is your business. You have growth and excellence in mind. You are keen on learning about our industry and the possibilities.

• Must include an extensive visual design portfolio (better if storyboards, art design, scripts, and wireframes are included). Take us into your storytelling process.

• Graduate or attended any course related to creative design, multimedia arts, motion graphics, animation, or similar.

• Conceptualization: Line and keyframe sketch and illustration, character development, and stylization

• Has 4+ years of visual development experience in both 2D and 3D, explainer videos, concept art, storyboarding, and design storytelling.

• Technically profound and comfortable working with Adobe products and Microsoft Office Tools.

• Your designs, concepts, and videos must be influenced or made for the Western market.

• Knowledgeable in project management, agile, or Kanban, but not required

• Extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, able to shift focus on different projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

• Can work with both Mac and PC.

• Can work from 9PM-6AM.
