JOB DESCRIPTION

The vendor management coordination role is responsible for the day-to-day management of global supplier relationships. The role will act as the linchpin between suppliers, the EX and W&R Businesses and corporate functions like information security, legal, data privacy and procurement.

• Daily management of supplier relationships, ensuring client deliverables are on time and within quality scope

• Source and onboard new suppliers. Conduct information security and due diligence processes to ensure all third-party suppliers are compliant with WTW standards

• Monitor 3rd party vendor spend and report to senior stakeholders. Manage monthly spend reporting and billing

• Participate in vendor service review, document for auditing

• Create vendor SLAs and KPIs, monitor and report

• Troubleshoot all quality and delivery supplier issues

• If required help answer client RFIs/RFPs

• Participate in any special projects

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent

• 2 – 3 years’ experience working with suppliers

• Proficient in Excel and a working knowledge of PowerPoint

• Excellent numeracy and communication skills. Analytical and attention to detail

• Comfortable working and engaging with senior stakeholders across a variety of teams and regions

• An understanding of contract management
