We’re seeking a Digital Marketer & Revenue Strategist to support and work with our go to market teams across Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to drive brand, pipeline, and revenue. You’ll be responsible for generating new inbound pipeline, developing and executing campaigns to engage and convert core audiences, and driving revenue in target accounts. Ensure the company achieves pipeline growth that supports aggressive sales goals in 2022 and beyond.

A day in the life of our Digital Marketer & Revenue Strategist:
Sales Enablement and RevOps
• Responsible for the overall sales enablement/RevOps execution to support go-to-market teams to ensure an efficient and effective sales cycle
• Develop enablement materials, construct, and maintain a sales resources library and online training academy to offer sales tactical support
• Ensure consistent adoption of methodologies, tools, enablement assets, and best practices
• Enable win/loss practice, account & territory planning
• Enable Sales plays/playbooks, and segmentation
• Create processes and documentations to enhance cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Build, implement, and manage Sales SOPs and enablement programs with content, processes, training, and resources
• Create an optimal onboarding experience and serve as the primary contact person to answer questions and resolve issues across the Sales and Marketing tech stack
• Lead the management, integration and implementation of various tools, platforms, and systems including (Hubspot CRM/Marketing, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Postal.io, and other sales/marketing platforms)
• Track key metrics such as activities, pipeline, bookings, deal sizes, close cycles, and revenue forecasts in a monthly executive summary to the Leadership team to help understand business health and meet goals. Ensure integrity of database health by focusing on data fullness, enrichment, and hygiene
• Develop customized solutions within the Marketing tech stack to support critical business functions: build processes, create custom objects, revise existing and create new workflows
• Drive continuous improvement in use and integration of technology stack
• Adopt agile methodology to have standardized release process, introducing change to the business on a set cadence
Demand Generation and Digital Marketing
• Guide the notion, execution and delivery of brand and demand generation programs through the website, Account-based Marketing (ABM), and digital initiatives
• Generate high intent qualified leads for Sales to nurture into qualified pipeline and revenue with a progressive focus on Account engagement.
• Develop ABM playbook for initial pilot or beta programs working towards ABM at scale
• Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword strategy implementation, technical recommendation implementation, and execute strategies based on competitive intel & analysis
• Identify key structural, technical, & editorial optimizations to enhance SEO performance of our core webpages and landing pages for account-based marketing initiatives
• Support troubleshoot technical website related issues related to the SEO function and overall sitemap Perform site level optimization: optimizing site structure, page construction, powerful SEO copywriting, updating metadata: with a continuous search for improvement
• Proactively perform content audits to remove redundant and/or duplicate information on the website to enrich the user experience
• Create repeatable and scalable processes for demand generation efforts
• Perform thorough website analysis, identify current problems and opportunities, with a focus on website crawlability, site architecture, speed, and site content.
• Maximize use of analytics, customer footprint, social listening, and business trend data to drive favorable outcomes.
• Work within analytics and reporting platforms to audits and build monthly reports to equip stakeholders with data-driven insights on the website and demand gen activities to make fact-based decisions while driving improvement and customer insights
• Implement feedback loop process across Sales Enablement and Demand Gen pillars
• Stay ahead of industry trends and developments by conducting research, engage in training, participate in industry learnings and webinars, and build relationships with partners
• Bonus if you can plan, manage, and execute some performance marketing campaigns (paid search, SEO, paid social, display, retargeted, video ads, email, etc.) to support businesses goals and objectives.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
• University degree in a business or marketing related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in key areas of SEO/search marketing experience, including link building, keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and site audits.
• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, supporting high-performance teams – (remote a plus).
• Results-driven with the ability to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) of demand gen programs.
• Data-driven with a successful track record of acquiring new customers and expanding into target accounts (cross-sell and upsell) through ABM programs.
• Deep knowledge of B2B sales cycle and demonstrated ability creating compelling integrated campaigns across industry pillars.
• Customer obsessed, constantly thinking about the customer experience when developing campaigns.
• Basic understanding of data science, analytics, and systems integration and development.
• Must demonstrate an understanding of the industry, current trends, and leverage that information to deliver digital strategies and guide go to market teams to success.
• Advanced understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing, and the sales funnel to empower teams with conversion tactics.
• A high-level working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or other programming languages.
• Advanced knowledge and practise of implementing HubSpot CRM/Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and other Martech tools.
• Expertise in A/B and other testing methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and articulate with impeccable attention to detail.
• Expert verbal and written communication skills, along with strong web copy editing capabilities.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within an international and diverse environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Highly adaptable to change initiatives.
