- Knowledgeable in time keeping, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and other HR facets.
- With knowledge in Labor law Standards, handling employee grievances & disciplinary Action processes.
- An above knowledge computer skills

- Must be independent and flexible at work.
- Must have work ethics and professionalism
- Able to perform productive while under pressure
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree major in Industrial Psychology/Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
- Computer literate
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications
- With work experience in a wholesale/retail industry is plus
- Goal oriented
