The TRAINING SPECIALIST is a full-time employee, reporting to the Human Resource Manager of  PSBTSI. The person in this role is responsible for optimally managing, developing and conducting  training deliverables for the company and be up to speed with all the key training necessities  surrounding this role.  

• Bachelor’s Degree holder  
• 5+ years’ professional experience with experience in conducting communications, soft skills, product training, and quality assurance
• Above average written and communication skills  
• B2B sales and communication skills training experiences are required
• Knowledge in consultative sales and other sales approaches and concepts is a MUST • Has the initiative to propose training strategies depending on analyzed needs • Capable to execute functions with less supervision 
• Can perform a Sales Coach and Quality Analyst role whenever there are no training classes • Well versed in cross functional coordination with diverse stake holders  • Background in Distribution Channel processes including sales, logistics, inventory, customer  service and back-office support preferred 
• Account-based marketing and demand generation experiences are preferred • Facilitation certification an advantage  

• An experience in quality processes is a plus
