JOB DESCRIPTION

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  1. Responsible for the development of an effective performance appraisal system;
  2. Assist management in the formulation and administration of personnel policies and programs;
  3. Assist management in handling labor related problems;
  4. Participate in management’s organizational development projects;
  5. Promote rapport between management and employees;
  6. Provide result of the monthly Productivity Report of all Departments coordinated with MIS Department;
  7. Conducts productivity assessment and conduct counseling if necessary for the improvement of work performance;
  8. Provides analysis of production reports as basis for recommended course of action in coordination with IE Department;
  9. Conducts Admin Hearing and thorough investigation concerning CPAR & Incident Reports together with IPAD personnel and Production Engineer;
  10. Recommend personnel action (promotion, transfer, demotion or separation) as a result of the evaluation in coordination with HR for Training;
  11. Assists on Trainings according on the schedule of the activity plan together with HR for Training and Development;
  12. Conducts Performance Employee Appraisal /Evaluation;
  13. Participate in management’s organizational development projects;
  14. Conducts counseling to all employees who are experiencing difficulties in their respective area;
  15. Monitoring of Plantilla together with HR for Recruitment;
  16. Coordinate with payroll department for updating of employee’s personal file in the system such as encoding of salary adjustment, shift schedule, position, department and pay type;
  17. Verifying of employees requirement to be used in bank transaction and company files;
  18. Responsible for the implementation of new policies as required by Department of Labor;
  19. In-charge of all the changes within the Department as compliance to the movements required by the Management;
  20. Accountable for the Housekeeping and Security personnel;
  21. In-charge in investigation particularly when it comes with the grave misconduct of employees but limited to crime offense;
  22. Conducts general orientation annually together with the HR for Training;
  23. Handles company’s big events such as Semi-Annual Warehouse Sale, Christmas Party, Summer Outing and Company’s Sports fest;
  24. Attend to all concern of our employees;
  25. Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
  26. Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
  • Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

I.JOB SPECIFICATION

A. Education

· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or other related courses.

B. Work Experience/Training

· At least 2-3 years related work experience in personnel work

A. Mental Efforts

· Has knowledge of labor laws

· Good communication skills

· Computer literate

· Can work under pressure

· Good leadership skills

B. Physical Efforts

· Requires minimum physical effort in the performance of specific duties assigned

C. Consequences of Error

· Unable to consistently monitor employees’ Work Performance.

· Additional cost/expense to the company due to negligence in the conduct of duties & responsibilities
