JOB DESCRIPTION
- Help in tracking sales data, maintaining promotional materials inventory, coordinating meetings and trade shows, maintaining databases, and preparing reports
- Implement marketing and advertise campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; prepare marketing and advertise strategies, plans, and objectives; plan and organize promotional presentations; and update calendars
- Manage marketing requests efficiently
- Proof postcards, one-pagers, and banners
- Organize Marketing Central and Sales Central
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphic design team and other relevant teams/departments
- Support sales team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, presenting weekly sales reports, and new product information
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 1 year of relevant Marketing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in email marketing
- Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Good understanding of marketing language
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with writing, editing and proofreading
- Experience with CRM software (NetSuite), Marketing and analytics tools (Pardot, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Experience with social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research best practices is a plus
- Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule in Silver City, Pasig
