JOB DESCRIPTION
1. HVAC Maintenance
• Assists in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of HVAC Systems
• Assists in cleaning and replacement of filters of all AC units and HVAC equipment as needed
• Monitors daily operations of HVAC equipment
• Assists in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair HVAC equipment as needed
• Assists in installation, set-up and commissioning of AC units and HVAC equipment
• Assists in cleaning, repair and maintenance of all air conditioning units
• To install and maintain ducting and insulation of HVAC systems
• To maintain cleanliness of HVAC platform units
2. Preventive Maintenance Program
• Assists in maintenance and repair of machine and other equipment
• Assists in plumbing works to address water line leaks and wastage.
• AssistsTechnician in concealed, aerial, and open wiring installation with the guidance of Electrical Engineer
• Updates daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly log sheets as needed.
• Maintains the inventory updates and listing of all tools, spare parts and small production items.
• Performs light civil works such as:
a. repair of office furniture and fixtures
b. repair of roof, ceiling, walls and flooring
3. Assists documentation and other requirements needed for audit and certification
4. Performs other function as maybe assigned by your immediate Superior from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- High School Graduate or Technical related course
- At least with work experience related to a manufacturing firm with exposure in preventive maintenance
- Able to read and write
- Basic knowledge in hand tools
- Computer Literate
