• Sets an appointment to clients for product presentation including Structural Engineers, Contractors and Owners as participants.
• Conducts site visit and inspection on prospective clients prior to bidding
• Attends pre-bid and bidding procedures
• Coordinates and facilitates proper turn-over of all project documents to Operations Department
• Attends PRECON (Pre-Construction Meeting)
• Prepares business correspondences
• Markets the product due from the clients
• Monitors payments due from the clients
• Performs other duties or tasks as may be assigned from time to time

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

-At least 1Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-With good presentation skills, ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process

-Has the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Creative, Independent and highly motivated in establishing quotas and sales strategies

-Self driven, can work under pressure and likes to travel from one place to another to introduce the product and industry trends

-Presentable and Confident

-Construction industry background is an advantage
