JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinates/guides operations as to how to implement efficient security functions and activities for the mall.
- Coordinates/ensures that the mall has its best housekeeping plans/programs and ,make sure they are implemented/carried-out strictly towards establishing best standards.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must at least have Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical, Architectural) or their equivalent.
- Must have at least 3-5 years working experience as Mall Property/Facilities Manager or in the related field.
- Has had hands-on experience in the fileds/facets of maintaining/managing facilities, building maintenance, security, housekeeping, engineering,etc.
- Willing to work at Sta. Rosa Complex, Brgy. Balibago, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
- 6 times a week, from 9-6.
- Can start ASAP.
