Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions

Escalating queries and concerns

Troubleshooting common issues with a product

Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have a college degree in any field
- Must be residing near Caloocan City
- Must know how to handle pressure
- With experienced as a Customer Service for at least 1 year
