JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manages the existing clients and develop new business opportunities
2. Development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
3. Identifies trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term pipeline in accordance with targets
4. Assists in the coordination and implementation of strategies and tasks to achieve strategic goals
5. Works with Research and Development in the development of new products based on present market demand
6. Coordinates with Operations, Purchasing, Inventory Control and Production for timely release of Purchase Orders

JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any field in healthcare sciences.
- Experience in Business Development in the Pharmaceutical Manufactuirng Industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, proactive and able to handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
