Receive applications or concerns from tenants/clients
Catalog and keep records of all necessary information, documnets etc.
PErform all the office administrative duties, including the filing of all correspondences, storing and retreival of old files and records and keeping and updating tenants records
Daily coordination of completed tasks with the property manager
JOB QUALIFICATION
Proven experience in Property Management as Administrative Assistant
College graduate
Good interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport within the working team and residents/tenants
