ADMIN ASSISTANT

Full-time Work Set Up:
2 - 3 Years of Experienced Pasay

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive applications or concerns from tenants/clients
  • Catalog and keep records of all necessary information, documnets etc.
  • PErform all the office administrative duties, including the filing of all correspondences, storing and retreival of old files and records and keeping and updating tenants records
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with the property manager

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proven experience in Property Management as Administrative Assistant
  • College graduate
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport within the working team and residents/tenants
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office
