JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Produced timely and detailed service reports
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner
- Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
- Build positive relationships with clients
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Technical course
- Proven field service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt changing work schedule
