JOB DESCRIPTION
The Branch Officer in Charge (OIC) is responsible in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He / She is expected to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration based on assigned quota within the assigned territory and / or market segment by effectively selling company's products and related services.
OTHER FUNCTION:
- Participate in sales and marketing programs such as but not limited to seminars and telemarketing events.
- Provide On-the-Job Training to newly hired branch employee.
- Functions as a cashier in the absence of the Sub OIC.
- Assumes other functions from time to time as assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure smooth flow of operations.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Related Course.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Leadership skills. Above average oral and written communication skills, has the ability to develop and deliver presentations. Must be proactive, and with a well-rounded interpersonal and customer relations.
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge is MS office is required
- Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible.
- Can start ASAP.
