JOB DESCRIPTION

The Branch Officer in Charge (OIC) is responsible in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. He / She is expected to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration based on assigned quota within the assigned territory and / or market segment by effectively selling company's products and related services.

OTHER FUNCTION:

  • Participate in sales and marketing programs such as but not limited to seminars and telemarketing events.
  • Provide On-the-Job Training to newly hired branch employee.
  • Functions as a cashier in the absence of the Sub OIC.
  • Assumes other functions from time to time as assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure smooth flow of operations.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business Related Course.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Leadership skills. Above average oral and written communication skills, has the ability to develop and deliver presentations. Must be proactive, and with a well-rounded interpersonal and customer relations.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge is MS office is required
  • Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible.
  • Can start ASAP.
