Content Creator & Writer – iMoney Philippines

iMoney is a financial aggregator across Malaysia and Philippines. We provide a range of solutions to our B2C and B2B customers looking for financial products and services.

We are currently looking for a Content Creator for iMoney Philippines based in Philippines to work with our marketing team on a full-time basis.

This role is best suited to someone who is self-motivated and have keen attention to detail. An understanding of online content marketing and existing portfolio of online content (podcast, social media videos, interactive content, etc) to demonstrate your content creation range, creativity and ability will be an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate content ideas for the content calendar and contribute angles for all content initiatives and campaigns assigned by the content team editors.
• Research and create engaging content for multiple channels (social media channels, newsletter, blog, video, interactive/multimedia content).
• Develop creative ideas, explore new innovative ways of delivering digital content and
• monitor latest digital marketing trends.
• As part of the iMoney content team, the candidate is to assist the editorial team and the editors to:
  1. produce the weekly newsletter (copywriting, sourcing images and coordinating with marketing/commercial team members and manage its timely distribution).
  2. provide support to other departments in the organisation, including write-ups for landing pages, product FAQs, and other content related requests by Commercial, Product & Tech and Digital Marketing teams.

• update and write content for the blog

1. create and post content on iMoney’s social pages
2. grow engagement and traffic to iMoney Philippines online sites: pageviews, shares, and email opens
3. enforce the company’s policy and procedures, assist editors to ensure accuracy of information and facts as well as observe deadlines and house style.
   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• Excellent command of English and Tagalog/Taglish with good communication skills, both written and oral
• Able to deliver high quality work on time and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail; able to multi-task projects and manage own schedule according to assigned deadlines
• Experience in creating content for multiple channels (including comics, illustration, social media videos) is an advantage
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in a related field (journalism, media, digital marketing)
• Required language: English and Tagalog/Taglish
