JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive visitors in a professional manner

Answer phone calls in a timely and polite manner

Deal with queries and provide correct information

Manage mails and deliveries

Monitor security by following safety procedures and health protocols

Monitor, control and order office supplies

Organize meetings

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets

Keep reception area clean and neat

JOB QUALIFICATION

Must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree preferably a Business-related course

At least 2 years of working experience related

Computer literate

With good command of written and oral English communication

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
