The Receptionist / Frontliner is responsible and accountable for overseeing day-to-day front operations including but not limited to achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals set by the Branch, welcome scheduled and walk-in studio clients, co-spearhead pre-laser/wax procedure to clients with appointments, book client’s appointments in the system, manage and co-supervise decking of therapists, answer phone/walk-in queries of clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals set by the Branch Head /management by implementing, promoting programs and packages, enhance and achieve excellent customer service based on operating standard set by the company.
- Perform pre-procedure or client check-in procedures including discussing waiver details and proper endorsement procedure of client to the therapist.
- Perform after procedure guidelines such as processing of payment, discuss succeeding appointments of client, book client’s appointments using the online booker system (booker)
- Answers to queries of clients (whether queries are generated from email/text/phone or walk-in clients)
- Handles all types of appointments (old clients, new/walk-in clients, call-in client,etc.) with the supervision and approval by the Branch Head
- Co-manage uploading of client’s procedural pictures and documents required by the Branch Head and management
- Perform after-sales procedures such as after care/procedure reminders, next scheduled appointments.
- Ensures the accurateness of clients’ personal/procedural details
- Maintains cleanliness/neatness of the frontline area making sure that all records, data, equipment in the front area are organized at all times
