We are urgently looking for an independent, experienced in all facets of Accounting Department, and willing to be in a 1 man team.

Work Location is in BF Resort Parañaque.

Work Schedule is Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12nn

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibility:·

• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
• Perform administrative support functions
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• Handle monthly and quarterly reports
• Handle all BIR transactions and reports
• Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll
• Maintain orderly accounting filing system

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Quickbooks
• Computer Literate
• With a do it all attitude
• With construction experience is an advantage
• With sense of urgency
