JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend basic troubleshooting of ATMs to prevent and minimize downtime.
- To do ATM cash loading.
- To check if ATMs are vandalized
- To check fraud devices (skimming, snipping) inserted in the ATM
- To report/escalate to the service desk the resolved/unresolved calls/tickets
- To assist SLM activities essential job functions
- To retrieve the captured card.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Male
- With own motorcycle and license
- With basic knowledge of troubleshooting
- At least college level/vocational
- Willing to undergo training in Pasig
