JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive visitors appropriately and in a professional manner

Answer phone calls in a timely and polite manner

Manage mail, organize courier deliveries

Monitor security by following safety procedures

Monitor, control, and order office supplies

Organize meetings, set up the meeting room, and organize catering for meetings.

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets

Keep the reception area clean and neat

JOB QUALIFICATION

Must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree preferably a Business-related course

With at least 2 years of working experience in a large company

Computer literate

Strong communication skills

With organizational skills

Friendly, polite and courteous
