JOB DESCRIPTION
Authorities & Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR and Admin Manager in planning, coordinating operations, and implementing the organization’s strategy.
- Assist in controlling and monitoring all administrative requirements of other departments, particularly in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, which may include ordering office supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment, furniture, vehicle, computers, and other assets, maintaining meeting schedules and writing or reviewing contracts and affidavits.
- Assist in creating and handling budget plans for administration, finding ways to reduce costs of supplies and services, monitoring the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget.
- Monitors, maintains and processes all government license and contracts (business permit, IPO, SEC, LTO, LTFRB and etc.) which includes maintaining good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.
- Assist in ensuring travel clearance, visas and other necessary travel documents for the staffs travelling out of the country on official duties.
- Acquires new service providers related to all outsourced services falling under administration section which includes overseeing the management of service contracts and service level agreements for outsourced services.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Specification:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Public Administration or any related courses.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
- Strong background in general administration and legal contracts
- Knowledge of government processes and law
- Knowledgeable in ISO processes and requirements
- Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
- Good understanding of IT and office systems
- Strong negotiation skills
- Has the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and sensitivity
- Ability to work in a team, both as a leader and as a member of a team
- Must be able to calmly communicate in stressful situations and provide guidance for the subordinates
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Demonstrate commitment to fairness and equity in management practice, public administration and public policy
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
