JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages and monitors innovations in digital/social media platforms across multiple industries and identifies opportunities for local application
  • Designs and develops plans for social media campaigns
  • Initiates the creative messaging process by preparing creative briefs based on customer research and data analytics
  • Creating and publishing content in multiple company social media channels (this could be copies for paid ads, social media content, among others, schedule ads / content)
  • Actively monitors the delivery and performance of all online activations, engagements, and communications, and is able to find the best practices and bring that expertise to the rest of the company—this includes following competitors and other target companies
  • Manages the Trainocate PH Community

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in developing content and communication materials for B2B and B2C companies
  • Deep knowledge of managing social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads
  • A solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Content creation skills
