We are a legally registered multi-purpose service cooperative established by a group of people with years of experience in the retail and service industry. We would like to introduce to your good office the concept of sourcing manpower through “Service Cooperatives”. The concept of our cooperative is to provide solutions to its clients with regard to the current status of contractual, non-regular employees and other issues in the labor industry.
Our organization, which is legally registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), is engaged in providing manpower needs to various clients through the services of the cooperative’s members-owners. Likewise, the cooperative is fully committed to the welfare of its members-owners. As part owners of the cooperative, our members are entitled to different benefits that are of equivalent, if not, more than those that are received by regular employees.
We shall be responsible for conducting interviews, tests, trainings and evaluation of the people to be assigned to you through our cooperative including the preparation of payroll and its distribution, remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, etc. to unburden you of these day-to-day tasks.
