-Provide customer service related to inquiries, policy changes, billing and payments

-Provides recommendations and solutions to complicated scenarios

-Appointment setter

-Responsible with documentations and file management

JOB QUALIFICATION

-Graduate of any 4 year course

-With at least (1) year related experience

-With good English communication skills; oral and written

-Preferably with basic car knowledge

-With good customer service skills

-Knowledgeable with MS Office applications

-Willing to be assigned in Makati
