JOB DESCRIPTION
URGENT/DIRECT HIRING for OFFICE ASSISTANT to be assigned in our ANTIPOLO RIZAL office!
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing assistance on all clerical /admin works from encoding, filing of documents, and photocopying to the inventory uniforms, office supplies, or any other jobs as deemed necessary by the immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree or associate graduate of IT, Computer courses, Management, and other business-related courses.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, dedicated, trustworthy, and with high integrity.
• With excellent health condition; Physically fit to work.
• Willingness to do fieldwork & travel as needed.
• Can drive 4 wheels or motorcycle, an advantage but not required.
• With complete requirements such as NBI, Brgy clearance, and other on-hand clearances, an advantage.
• Nearby or willing to work at Town & Country Executive Village, Antipolo Rizal office.
• Fully vaccinated
• Can start immediately.
