Source candidates for the vacant positions using various sourcing strategies to ensure an adequate pool of candidates are given to requisitioning units for screening.
Lead and create a recruitment calendar to meet the hiring needs.
Analyze and present ongoing reports after tracking the results from the recruitment metrics.
Identify trends and adjust the recruitment strategies to optimize the impact of the recruitment team and improve decision-making, strategies, and recruitment procedures.
Works closely with the HR Team Leaders to regularly provide insights and programs that affect the business inclusive of training, internal movement, career-path creation, and so forth.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. A proven and successful experience leading a high-performing recruitment team.
Excellent planning, technical acumen, and data-driven management approach.
Possesses organizational and time management skills; highly adaptive and welcoming to change, have a keen eye for detail.
