JOB DESCRIPTION
- Effectively plan manpower resources and recruitment costs to meet the business needs.
- Source candidates for the vacant positions using various sourcing strategies to ensure an adequate pool of candidates are given to requisitioning units for screening.
- Lead and create a recruitment calendar to meet the hiring needs.
- Analyze and present ongoing reports after tracking the results from the recruitment metrics.
- Identify trends and adjust the recruitment strategies to optimize the impact of the recruitment team and improve decision-making, strategies, and recruitment procedures.
- Works closely with the HR Team Leaders to regularly provide insights and programs that affect the business inclusive of training, internal movement, career-path creation, and so forth.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in a highly competitive and dynamic environment. A proven and successful experience leading a high-performing recruitment team.
- Excellent planning, technical acumen, and data-driven management approach.
- Possesses organizational and time management skills; highly adaptive and welcoming to change, have a keen eye for detail.
