JOB DUTIES

  • Support clients in a fast-paced Managed Services environment
  • Understand and use ITIL and Service Management principles
  • Use MSP automation tools set such as Autotask or ConnectWise
  • Deliver the following technologies and solution or similar: Microsoft Technologies, Server Technologies, Storage Technologies, Backup & IDR Solutions, Virtualisation Solutions, Networking, and/or Public Cloud
  • Work with Design and Construction software such as Autodesk, Bluebeam or Enscape

 

Schedule : AU Shift 6AM to 3PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

JOB QUALIFICATION

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years’ experience in similar client facing role
  • Knowledge in ITIL and Service Management principles
  • Knowledge, experience, and/or relevant certification in the following:
  • Microsoft technology such as Office 365, Microsoft AD, Exchange & Windows Server
  • Server technologies such as HPE, Dell, IBM
  • Storage technologies such as HPE*
  • Backup & DR solutions such as Veeam and Datto*
  • Virtualisation solutions such as VMware and HyperV*
  • Networking such as Cisco, Meraki and Sophos Firewalls*
  • Public Cloud such as Microsoft Azure or AWS*
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Having a solutions-focused approach to how you go about your work
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and polite phone manner
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, sense of urgency, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Maintain composure, remaining calm and focused under pressure
  • Strong knowledge in servers
  • Knowledgeable in configuring routers, managing switches, network monitoring & security, and manage web hosting and emails.
  • Configure server, VoIP Server for IP phone etc..
  • Willing to work on-site
