Job Overview

• Strategic management of the Accounting and Finance of 5 entities (PH and HK)
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Manage the month-end close process and the preparation of monthly accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations of various G/L accounts in accordance with GAAP
• Manage the Company's A/P process
• Manage the Company's invoicing, revenue recognition, and AR processes
• Payroll Management
• Ensure monthly consolidation of Financial Statements
• Cash Management
• Ensure all tax-related compliance and issues are resolved
• Compliance with established internal controls
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
• Identify and manage opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, with a view towards scalable growth to meet anticipated demands

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience; CPA required,
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Head of Accounting and Finance or rapidly rising Senior-level Accounting and Finance leader ready for the next level
• Strong, working knowledge of GAAP and IRFS
• Working knowledge of Xero is required and other cloud-based software
• Experience in working with external audit firms and managing deadlines
• Proficient with Google Suite tools, especially Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to pitch in with assorted tasks as they arise
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Hands-on management approach as necessary, and performing as part of the team
