BADGE ID PRINTING:
Receive request for ID printings.
Prepare files and materials ready for printing.
Edit the files on the layout (photo and signature)
Design Badge layouts.
Calibrate the printer before printing out the designs
Maintain the printer and supervise its parts and consumables inventory on a weekly basis.
Solve technical problems during the printing process.
Collaborate with the team members to finish the printing in time.
Must be able to report in assigned Area of deployment.
HELP DESK:
Respond to requests for badge security concern assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
Diagnose and resolve badge security issues
Advise user on appropriate action
Follow standard help desk procedures
Log all help desk interactions
Administer help desk software
Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues
Redirect problems to correct resource
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
Prepare activity reports
Inform management of recurring problems
Stay current with system information, changes and updates
Security Badge Activation and Deactivation
Security Badge assignment to designated user or holder.
Bachelor Of Science in Information technology or ANY related course
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
