JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
An Accounting Assistant prepares budget and records and sends invoices for services or products rendered by the employees that have been approved by the management. They handle cash transactions and performs administrative duties as needed when making presentations about financial reports
REPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile differences and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
- Process reimbursements forms
- Prepare bank deposit
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial report
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Excellent in MS Office and other applications
- Knowledgeable in manual and computerized accounting system
- keen on details and has abiliy to do account analysis
- know accounting systems like SAGE50/Peach Tree, SAP
