JOB DESCRIPTION

  

AREA SUPERVISOR TASK:

 

  1. Monitor employees’ attendance, leaves and conduct performance evaluation.
  2. Issue schedule to the staff and monitor their Daily Time Record (DTR).
  3. Conducts trainings, hotel familiarization, and orientation of newly hired staff.
  4. Issue Disciplinary action and counseling to the staff.
  5. Collects daily time record every cut off and validate the information like time in/out and overtime.
  6. Check grooming standards of the employees.
  7. Entertains and respond to all employees’ concerns and queries.
  8. Assist newly hired employees to their working assignment.
  9. Maintaining and monitoring of employee’s master file including their requirements
  10. Conduct Final interview.
  11. Prepares and monitor hotel billings to LGS Staff Management Services, Inc for settlement.
  12. Follow up billings for LGS Staff Management Services.
  13. Ensures that employee performs according to agreed standards.
  14.   Conducts performance reviews with staff and provides feedback on areas for improvement
  15. Ensures that personnel is provided needed tools of work to enable them to perform well in assigned company
  16. Ensures timely and accurate submission of invoices that have been thoroughly reviewed and approved by appropriate parties

Qualifications:
 
- Male/Female
-Eexperienced in coordinating, handling and supervising staff in Hotel is a plus.
- Knowledgeable or must have a background in hotel operations
- can perform HR works/Clerical works including reporting, scheduling, screening of applicants
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Preferably knowledgeable in Timekeeping
