JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job opening
- Oversee completion of pre-onboarding process of new hires
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with the largest job sites
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
- Knowledge with recruitment system is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good speaking & written command of the English language.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
