JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for variety of personnel and administrative related duties in support to Human Resources by preparing payroll; orienting new employees; administering employee benefit programs, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Furthermore, you are responsible to support the Admin departments in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative and clerical activities. All of these will be in close coordination with the Human Resources and Admin Manager to ensure all services of Human Resources and Administration are in their best quality and at a minimum time.
Onboarding
- Assist in the facilitation of the new employee orientation.
- Monitors the submission of Company’s pre-employment requirements
- Prepares 201 file for Payreto employees (if necessary).
- Coordinates with all appropriate Department for all office equipment needed upon hiring (office space, computer, etc.).
- Prepare welcome kit to all new hires.
Employee Relations
- Handling cases and company policies.
- Assist in serving memos and implementation of company policies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist in designing a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.
- Assist in creating a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.
- Ensure that compensation practices are following current laws and regulations
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
Payroll
- Manage and track employee leaves.
- Update employee's data record (e.g. salary adjustment, change in position etc.)
- Processing incentives and allowance of employees.
- Setting up of employees' schedule of loan deductions
- Processing of payroll inclusions and deductions (e.g. incentive bonuses, tax dues/refund, other adjustments/deductions) r
- Processing of submitted payroll adjustment form and monthly Government remittances (i.e. preparing of summary and forms)
- Final Pay Processing
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate with the Employee Engagement Team for the support or help needed for any activities that they will organize.
- Manage the employee rewards and recognition programs of the company
Other Tasks
- Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.
- Extend work hours when needed.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have at least 6 months experience as HR Generalist
- Must be willing to work onsite (Cubao, Quezon City)
- Can start ASAP.
