JOB SUMMARY

The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. He is also responsible for providing support to Project-in-Charge with client communication regarding project schedules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Responsible for the Preparation of Site Requirements Site Barracks, and Temporary Facilities, including Coordination with the building Admin Leads the day-to-day operation of the construction group making sure that a high-quality program of construction work within the expected time schedule and projected budget is delivered.
2. Supervision and inspection of ongoing construction projects
3. Ensuring timeliness and quality of work done by the sub-contractors
4. Accomplish report on the day-to-day operations of the project
5. Accomplish report on the labor, tools, and equipment cost of the project
6. Send to client accomplishment update and progress billing for collection.
7. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
8. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
9. Prepares work to be estimated
10. Ensure the availability of skilled workers for the required task
11. Monitor Preparation of the contract between the company and the client and have it signed
12. Prepare and secure working permits from building administrators/developers
13. Lead the construction of a particular project assigned and given by the Project Manager
14. Generate project plans as instructed and agreed by the Management and Client
15. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
16. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
17. Skilled check of all assigned contractors per project
18. Lead toolbox meetings every day with all the contractors
19. Other tasks assigned by the Project-In-Charge
