JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Staff who can handle the following responsibilities;
- Payroll
- Recruitment
- Employee loans and benefits compliance
- DOLE cases and compliance
- Employee relations, evaluation and conflict handling
- Handles company memos, announcements, updates company policies
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- With at least 2 years experience of related tasks
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Can multitask and can be flexible to do other tasks.
- Must be willing to start ASAP.
