Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved in the scheduling of the service jobs, coordination between customers and Service Engineers, and all reports and documentation of the Service Department. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Prepares monthly reports to present the overall performance of the service and technical application management.
  • Monitor repairs and maintenance activities through the Service Engineers to ensure operational efficiency and to target required hours for machine repair
  • Prepare and follow-up quotations approval and provide leads to increase Service Dept. sales.
  • Keep and maintain an efficient record of all Service activities and progress.
  • Keep the files and records up to date on the latest procedure and solutions of all equipment.
  • Maintaining good relationships and rapport with customers on service arrangements.
  • Collate information from customers for Service engineers to perform on-site maintenance/installation services.
  • Person in charge of Parts Inventories, Tool Repair/Supplies monitoring, and Tool calibrations.
  • Provide end-user or customer service arrangements.
  • Liaise with inter-department on day-to-day operation and schedules for Service Engineer.
  • Ensure prompt correct information for invoices billing.

 

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

  • Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or any related course
  • Preferably with working experience in customer service, document control, or related field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Words, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Meticulous, independent, committed, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently
  • Have strong customer, interpersonal, and communications skills as well as a good sense of organization
  • Must have diplomatic and professional behavior, and must be sensitive to the client’s needs
  • Can commence work immediately
