Job Overview:

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Graphic Designer, and Video Editor would ideally be an excellent multitasker with exceptional time management skills and a real passion for design and all things creative!

You will work closely with the company's C-Suite to assist in the delivery of an end-to-end brand experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Graphic Designer and Video Editor's role and responsibilities are as follows:

• Manage the end-to-end creation of brand assets from concept to delivery
• Designing promotional material for print and digital as required
• Create design assets for social media channels including video
• Creating presentations as required by the team
• Produce creative designs, landing pages, and layouts for the web that are in line with brand standards
• Assist with the creation of trend/storyboards for branding and photoshoot and videos
• Post-photoshoot management including cropping, editing, and uploading images
• Video editing skills will be looked upon favorably
• Supporting the team on design requests
• Ensure our brand is applied consistently across all collateral

Job Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop
• Experience in Motion Graphic and Animation is desirable
• Passion for our brand and the real estate and property industries
• Excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure independently and also as part of a team
• Social Media savvy
• Comfortable taking direction and working to a brief
• Good typographic skills and ability to mock-up/ design artwork quickly and efficiently
• Self-motivated, attention to detail, and a strong ability to take initiative
• Ability to maintain confidentiality over sensitive information
• Ability to work in a team and independently
