Job Responsibilities:
As a sourcing coordinator, on your responsibilities include:
Generating strong candidate database for clients
Sourcing for the best candidates for your clients
Ensuring a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates by identifying and sourcing quality candidates
Utilize a range of suitable candidate attraction strategies including: database searching; referrals; advertising, amongst others
Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for assigned managers / business areas
Requirement
JOB QUALIFICATION
Degree holder in any relevant discipline
Overall a minimum of 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to hiring technical roles
Strong command of English
Experience in using various interviewing methods and assessment tools to select the right talent for vacant positions
