JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Increase customer base in their respective areas by prospecting.
  • Generate leads and identify potential up-sell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Conduct market survey in their respective areas.
  • Solicit orders with existing customers in their respective areas in the Viber GC.
  • Monitors Account Receivables, reconcile and coordinate with Accounting for Collection if needed.
  • Monitor Customers’ deliveries.
  • Face to face sales calls as needed.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
  • Liaises closely with team in proposing the best deal when handling leads / inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) in order to convert the leads to business.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Communication or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least two (2) years of experience as Sales Executive, Business Development Specialist or Equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals and clients
  • Knowledge of sales/frozen meat importation principles and practices
  • Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information in the sales/marketing field and make logical conclusions and recommendations
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience and active network in Frozen Meat is an Advantage
