JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support end users with IT related issues in a service oriented and receptive manner.
- Manage time and projects productively.
- Setup, maintenance and management of any IT related equipment.
- Help put processes in place to sustain a network environment.
- Assist with troubleshooting, execution and installation of systems.
- Help manage time and projects effectively.
- Develop and monitor levels of performance of software and hardware, recommend and evaluate and can readily suggest different methods of information processing.
- Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to secure the integrity of the operations procedure.
- Develop and maintain architectures such as data, application, network and further secure the system is on line daily.
- Ensure data confidentiality with regard to our fixed asset listing.
- Monitor backup jobs and secure a high level of execution success rate.
- Provide input and propose to the organization and how these technologies can further help the business being especially motivated with the fast growing technology.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or equivalent
- With at least 3 to 5 years experience
