o Executes the recruitment process from hiring to exit; monitors the recruitment process from preparing the job description, posting ads, and hiring process
o Assists the Hiring Manager of all Companies in preparing the Job Description when necessary
o Sources the potential Candidate from various platforms
o Conducts the initial interview and prepares the distribution of test for Applicants
o Provides the shortlist of qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager of the Company
o Manages all forms of communication with the Candidate during the initial hiring process to the onboarding session
o Orients the New Employee on the Onboarding process based on the guidelines and procedure of the Company
o Assists the New Employee for endorsement to the Hiring Manager and assigned department
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
o Attends to employee’s grievances and concerns; recommends resolution and implement action plans based on company policies and labor code of the Philippines
o Prepares memorandum to employees based on the agreed action and decision of the management
o Create, recommend, assist with the training programs, events and activities for all employees.
o Responsible in preparing the program/event and budget costs for all the Company Events and Activities; presents for review of the HR Manager/ Director and approval of the COO and CEO
o Communicates and negotiates with suppliers for all the Company Events
o Initiates proposal and organizes Company Events for the Employee Engagement Program
o Lead and organize team building, training, workshops and seminars for the Company; documents the end-to-end details
o Provide communication, information and announcements on the Company’s Events and Activities on electronic mail and display board as requested
3. Labor Relations
o Execute all necessary labor and legal requirements as needed as needed and approved by the Management
o Prepares the documents and complete information required for labor cases
o Attends the administrative meetings with DOLE and NLRC hearing when necessary
