Responsible for providing strategic direction to Meter Read & Bill, Billing and Collection, Admin Services and Warehouse to ensure that KPIs in each unit are met.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
• Graduate of Finance or Accounting
SPECIFIC SKILLS AND ATTITUDE
Skills:
• Highly analytical and detailed
• Familiar with basic IT general controls and with an aptitude for learning ERP and other application systems
• Strong understanding of internal controls and support operations such as Inventory Management, Office Administration.
• Keen understanding of the operational and financial risk areas, at the minimum, and capable of developing risk management programs
• Ability to rationalize process flow, internal controls, and delegation of authorities
• Ability to recommend and lead process change initiatives
• Proficient both in oral and written English
• Proficient with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio)
Attitude:
• Unquestionable integrity and reputation with strong ethical and moral principles
• Good interpersonal skills
• Can proactively surface issues and recommend workable solutions
• Strong supervisory skills (planning, organizing, leading, coaching, monitoring, and controlling) and can manage a big group of heterogenous activities
WORK EXPERIENCE
• 10 years or more managing experience in the related field/job
• Preferably has working knowledge of the power industry operations and regulations
• Preferably with exposure to project management
